I turn my smartphone face down in the vehicle and the bluetooth comes on! One action I would like is to toggle mounting the sd card when plugged into pc. Thanks for a really good apk.

  Bob Cavalluzzi: Nice apk for most people I missed Smart Actions when I moved over to my Droid Maxx. I've found certain conveniences are now built into my OS and smartphone that once would have needed an apk, but there are another things that the smartphone needs a tiny assist with. Enter Automateit. I've been looking at automation apks and trying to decide which makes the most sense for me. Part of that process was thinking about what I did with my smartphone and paying attention to whether automating certain tasks would create sense. What repetitive things annoyed me? What would be a nice to have? I love to tinker with things, and Tasker was on my radar, but I also didn't wish to fall into the trap of being a tech nerd and doing things just because I should, even though they had tiny true value to me. Automateit seems to have the right balance of functions and useability for me, and probably for most people. Perhaps it can't do everything Tasker can, but it can do an terrible lot.It can load my weather apk in the morning, turn on wireless connection at home, and off when I leave, and turn pattern lock on or off accordingly, set my smartphone to vibrate when it's face down. I'm still exploring, but it is a nice tiny apk for sure.
