When Jesus was fasting in the desert for 40 days, He was offered "good" worldly possessions by the devil and yet rejected them all. Meanwhile, Palm Sunday lies on the latest Sunday of Lent, which commemorates the triumphant arrival of Christ in Jerusalem, days before he was crucified.
