They even sent me a complementary SIM. I used this Apk to make a fresh acc and provision service. It was seamless, no issues whatsoever. The cellular service itself is perfect: High speed SpeedTests, high quality voice. I highly suggest the service.

  Logan Thoreson: This is an good product for me because I don't use much data. Most mobile companies test to receive you to buy method more capacity than you need. That model is wasteful. MobileX is the only service that perfectly aligns cost with actual usage. I had some problems with installing my esim (IMEI must be registered with Verizon), but customer help resolved it quickly.

  Christian Petite: So I had just heard about Mobilex and was so excited to test them. You have to receive the SIM card through Walmart which is the only pain. But I followed the instructions in order to Port my number over had my acc number and pin prepared and my port went through without any problem! Apk is super simple to use and explains it all!!

I had to re-sign up 4 times to create this work and then finally Ash called me and walked me thru everything to finalize this. we were still having a trouble with the port so Ash set up the acc without the port and we are going to take care of it later. A few days later i stopped having data for some unknown reaskn to me because i was fresh And thought I had 10 days for this to become fin

  Clark Cortezer: This apk must be very power hungry. It crashes no matter what I do. I removed all unnecessary apks. I cleaned out all the stuff that were using memory or were running in the background. If the only method to sign up for cell service and the MobileX apk crashes on startup, I guess I'm SOL. Sorry Out of Luck. Awful business model to depend solely on a power hungry apk!

  Reese Tuinstra: YOU COULD LOSE YOUR PHONE NUMBER. I can't access their apk on wireless connection. It simply won't load. I can't log in at all. At the end of the introduction period it was supposed to auto pay. I approved it and added payment. It didn't go through. They won't add data so I can log in on data. They have no site assistance or smartphone assistance. They said they CANNOT PORT MY NUMBER so I can work with a company that actually...works. I'm going to lose my smartphone number of 10 years because of this company.

  Trevor Waters: If you care about your smartphone number, DO NOT port it to MobileX! They now charge a port out fee of $25 while saying that every another provider does the same WHEN NONE OF THEM DO. Not only is this a scumbag move that shows how awful their experience really is but it is also borderline illegal according to the FCC's number portability guidelines. While technically they are allowed to charge, they can't keep your number for ransom which one should argue this is. Don't be the person to search out, STAY AWAY!

  Brian Bourassa: The apk is horribly immature. It asks for a previous carrier but when chosen it never enteres into the text field and you can't kind it by hand. at this point you can't continue further to set up your smartphone. Apparently they don't have any physical people to talk to about this as I can't search a Phobe # on their site. $9.95 for SIM card which I can't return. Making a load of $$$ that method!

  Einnor: Service was working ok for the first week or so of the gratis trial, until the data part of it inexplicably quit working. It asks me to sign into their network, which originally took me to a 404 error on an unrelated web page. But hey they ended up fixing that at least. Now it takes me to a "page not found" landing page on the mobile x site. I can navigate the website using their internet, but can do nothing else. And they have no idea how to fix it...

  Joe Carroll: Apk is glitchy, wouldn't allow me complete the subscription process - but that's OK, MobileX is a disappointment. Prices are just OK, the network latency is terrible & the speeds mediocre. It'll say you're connected to 5G, but a speed try will reveal that it's using LTE tech over 5G bands or something, because it'll say 5G in your status bar, but the speed try apk reports LTE and your speeds will be below 50 Mbps. This "carrier" sounded promising, but it's a bust - don't waste your time. Receive Metro.

  M Jones: Just terribly buggy currently. If MobileX had the option to manage your acc from their site, like normal providers, then it wouldn't be a large deal if their apk is buggy. Can't even contact help at times because it throws an error saying "Well... That's not supposed to happen", without even giving so much as an error code.

  Kevin Maguire (ktech49): Garbage. Place my IMEI in, says the smartphone is eSIM compatible. It's a factory unlocked S23 Ultra I bought through Samsung. Receive to the very latest screen, throws an error that my smartphone doesn't work with eSIM. It most certainly does, my S22 worked with Verizon eSIMs. Maybe will test other time when the backend is fixed.
