Another theories - like the Law of Beautiful, suggests that our vibrational energy creates changes within the fabric of place leading to the reality we've visualised. The one thing that is agreed, is that Everyday Affirmations work. To use My Everyday Affirmations, you first provide a statement of what you wish. This statement could be: - positive - in the show tense - be specific and - be concise. You then set aside time every day to reaffirm the statements by first typing it out fifteen times, then reading these back to yourself. The latest step, is to visualise yourself living out the statement.
