CoronaCheck Scanner is the official Dutch declaration scanner developed by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. This digital program verifies if people are vaccinated or inspected on coronavirus. This method another countries and certain places in the Netherlands are able to welcome visitors. How does the apk work? - Ask a visitor to present their try results or vaccination record At the entrance (or at the border) the visitor has to prove they have been vaccinated or did not have coronavirus at the time of testing. The try results are accessible in the CoronaCheck apk in the form of a QR code. This code can be scanned from a secure distance. - Scan the QR code for access This apk scans the visitor’s QR code. A green screen allows access or passage. The QR code needs to be scanned within 40 hours after testing. In case of vaccination a QR code is valid for 1 year. - Check if the QR code is valid A green screen means the QR code is valid: the visitor has been vaccinated or has inspected negative within the latest 40 hours and did not have coronavirus at the time of testing. If you receive a red screen, the visitor does not have valid negative try results.
