  Victoria London: Love the visual cue program, it really helps me focus on the muscles (which aren't simple to hold going). I've got a busy life and two kids, so it's good to assist me receive at least a dozen done each week, and test to improve my hit rate! Think the price is a tiny high for such a easy program, but I guess it's a niche shop and I need it!

  Laura Stewart: Easy but that's what you need after having a baby. It's simple to follow and reminds you to do it when you have a billion another things to do as well. As someone who likes to track their workouts I like the recording feature too, makes me a bit competitive with myself!
