About the application:

The ST-4002A uses an Android device device as an external GPS for the transceiver. You connect the Android device device to the [DATA] jack of the transceiver and output the GPS data to the transceiver, and then you can use it as an external GPS for the transceiver. Device requirements: 1 Android device 7.0 or later 2 USB On-The-Go (OTG) host function Supported transceiver This apk can be used with a transceiver that supports external GPS input through the [DATA] jack. - Icom IC-7100 - Icom IC-9100 - Icom IC-9700 - Icom ID-4100 - Icom ID-5100, and so on *An OPC-2350LU data communication cable is also required. NOTE - Icom does not guarantee that the ST-4002A works on all Android device devices. It may not work properly, depending on the OS ver, installed apks, or another reasons. - You cannot use this apk on Android device devices that cannot receive place info. In addition, if the device is without GPS, it may not output the correct position. - You may not use this apk in the Power Save mode (the name varies depending on the manufacturer of the Android device device) or when the screen is OFF - The ST-4002A may not be usable, even if your Android device device supports the USB OTG host function. - Remove the data communication cable when you don't use it to reduce the Android device device's power consumption
