Players can incorporate these insights into their everyday rituals through setting up scheduled reminders so insights are received at the most opportune time. Our assumptions about the globe and everyone in it have a profound impact on how we experience life. Believing something is secure or wrong or worthwhile or impossible determines whether we engage freely or stand on the sidelines, whether we have fun being in our skin or shake in our boots. However, a lot of of these beliefs exist in our subconscious mind where we are not aware of either their influence or even their existence.
