  Scott Reed: This apk goes from being "fine" to "awful" on a regular basis as fresh updates are pushed out. As of the latest modernize on 4/18/2019 I can no longer reply calls. The apk opens, displays the incoming call but when you tap to reply it hangs and the smartphone continues to ring. I've found that I can reply from the Collaboration browser extension so I've reverted to doing that for the time being. It's very frustrating when things are working and then an modernize comes along and creates a fresh problem.

  Jesse Knapp: Overall has awesome features but very buggy. Throughout versions, call audio goes between speaker and Bluetooth intermittently, so I have had necessary or sensitive info suddenly play out loud instead of in my ear. This is more pronounced in the fresh modernize. Now if I have call audio set to my Bluetooth, when I create a call neither works properly and I have to fully turn off Bluetooth for the another person to hear me. Incredibly frustrating and an unprofessional face to show to clients.

  Gary Behlmann: crashes all the time. no call waiting beep. apk is very delayed from the smartphone or computer. customers hang up or do not receive answered. lost revenue due to this poorly designed apk.

  Lisa Elwell: since we have gotten this system at work and i installed the apk my Samsung smartphone restarts multiple times per day. i have removed optional apks and smartphone still restarted. what's up?
