Start from the bottom as you transform your academy from rags to riches, until you’re on the radar of all of the top clubs. • Create cash each time a Youth User uses your training camps. • Invest that cash to improve the camps and wider facilities. • Better facilities will increase the amount of cash sponsors pay for Youth Users using your training camps. • Unblock fresh camps to increase the types of skills you can improve, from Accuracy to Pace, Shot, Physical, Technique and Mentality. • Make batter the scouting squad to search users with better starting statistics.
