  A Google user: My experience so far has been awesome and even better since i upgraded. I only noticed that I should not log in to the upgraded apk, today. I initially felt it was internet access/network problems. However, I use another apks smoothly. I just uninstalled and reinstalled. I guess it is an problem with the server or some services.

  dotun lambo: I must confess that the apk is very awesome, a friendly interface and simple to use. It is not a brain cracking one, though. Nonetheless the only problem i have with it is 'THE STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT GENERATION' I wouldn't know if one should generate statement of acc without visiting any of branches. Lest i forget, i can't login my info on the ZB mobile apk that is newly installed on my device because of the hardware token is requesting for. I believed changing of my device should have caused this.

  A Google user: The experience is good especially debit card management on the apk. I can pay bills and do a lot of another things on the apk. However, it'd be nice if a transaction receipt generation feature is added as well. In that method I won't always have to snap and crop my transaction alert as a proof.

  Ezeji Solomon: I really enjoyed opening this mobile apk in the first put and I have never created a complaint about the apk and I acknowledge and you guys add a refresh button in another to know the current balance or amount of any transactions that has been done.   A Google user: The Fresh APP is Cool 👌 Nice design and interface. I really love it... I just successfully created a transaction with the fresh Apk. But i think the successful transaction pop-up of the former Apk is more detailed (because the Acc number which we send cash to was included in the pop-up) while this fresh one doesn't.

  Samuel Aiyelagbe: Without uninstalling the updated Apk, it eventually started working ok after some time. Kudos to your squad for resolving it. Meanwhile, the updated apk cannot provide all the developments highlighted in the modernize (particularly the transaction receipt download). Kindly work on this needful part of the Apk.

  ubongabasi Efiok: The apk seems to work well, but the whole player interface looks subpar. It's not what I have come to expect from a bank as large as this. I would really love to see a better looking, more detailed and possibly feature filled apk for a much better experience. I'd gladly updage my review to 5 stars. This apk has come a long method and it is attractive rn. These complaints from November, 2019 have all been taken care of.

  Dr. Henry Gbenedio: The apk is cool. However, a future modernize could have a feature whereby you can register more than one acc on a device. It does not create much sense for you to have two devices (read 2 android device phones) to access two accounts that you have in one bank. I think there is enough safety already to warrant this change.

  A Google user: Exceptional but with one concern. It might not be an apk problem but NIP transfers take mins before they impact beneficiaries. This is not the case for another apks Ive tried. Failure rate is zero for all transfers by me created via the apk so far.

  Olakunle Abiodun: I love this apk but still need a tiny work, for example, if i generate a receipt and a notice come in to my smartphone at the same time, the receipt will just go away without saving it, other thing is that there's no method to generate a fresh receipt if mistakenly delete it from smartphone and need it later. Please fix this. But over all, i love thia apk. Thanks for the answer appreciate, but i can only do this on my 1st acc and not on the 2nd acc which are tied together on my card. Pls fix.

  A Google user: I required to transfer some money with the old apk but i couldn't do more than 10k. So i had to modernize my apk to complete my transaction. While updating it, i read through different ratings and i was almost discouraged. I finally updated my apk, the interface was gorgeous. Logging in was super simple and quick. I'm loving the fresh apk men!!!

  Isaac Otuya: I just updated my Zenith Bank Mobile Apk. I really prefer the colours and built of the formal Apk but this one is very lovely. I love all the features. Well done squad👍🏻. The updated Apk is really cool. My bank in my hand✌🏻 Zenith Bank still remains the very best... I can't login once more. "An error has occurred. Test once more" that's that's the error notice I have been getting for some hours now.

  A Google user: Would have rated 5 stars but the biometric login doesn't work on Android device. Always claiming wrong identity when same biometrics on same smartphone works for another banks apks and others requiring even more sophisticated biometrics... 10th October, 2019... Thanks for the prompt response Zenith bank. I am glad to say that indeed Zenith bank is the best and the biometrics problem was promptly resolved. Now I am logging into the apk on my Tecno Camon 11 successfully.
